Mentoring and Supervision
You can also utilise our mentoring as advisory, informal supervision especially to those who do not have another line of accountability. It can be tricky for services where the same person is both the nominated individual and registered manager as this might trigger additional questions from the CQC such as who will carry out supervisions for the dual role.
Our mentoring service can also be used by directors who do not have care experience to sit in when supervising their manager or senior members of the team so that they gain knowledge and understanding of fundamental care issues. This will help them to be a credible supervisor for the registered manager.
Our mentoring service starts at £65 for the first two hours. It will then be £26 per hour for any additional time.
